My mission is to create tiny-batch functional pottery pieces that make everyday moments a bit more special. Cups, tumblers, bowls, and other wheel-thrown and slab-built ceramics designed and crafted with love to give you that extra bit of joy while taking a break from your busy day.

Each piece reflects my belief that these everyday items should please the eye as well as the hand. Glazes are thoughtfully chosen, in elegant colours, and are certified food safe by their manufacturers. I also get them tested by the Keramikinstitut.

About me

I am a wife and mother of two young adults, have a whole bonus family and a cuddly cat. The newest family addition is a  sweet Greyhound dog, rescued by our daughter from the kennels in Ireland.

Aside from living in the beautiful Pfalz, I also lived in Canada, USA, Switzerland, and Sweden. A part of me lives on at each place. My career included responsibilities within the financial and marketing departments as well as part of the European Management team of different companies within the auto supplier industry. For over twenty years, I have now worked with my own agency, in the past with a focus on wine-tourism.

Since 2019 my mind and work is all focused on the world of ceramics. As a self-taught potter, and with the help of educational courses, I have found my own distinctive style. As I keep refining my understanding of material and technique, my porfolio keeps growing. I am thrilled that you have taken an interest in my work and look forward to sharing it with you here.

About the Logo

This grape logo was first created in 2005 by my friend and form designer Christian Molin. Together we had launched the first wine festival in Southern Sweden, where vintners from the Pfalz and some of the pioneer Swedish and Danish winemakers came together to present their wines for enthusiastic wine loving guests. The festival was a big success and grew bigger with each year held, despite challenging Swedish alcohol laws and the restrictions that came with that. The logo traveled with me back to Germany later on and was in my wine blog "Pfalzweinproben from 2014-2017" as well as in my individual Pfalz winetours business too. Needless to say the grapes had to stay with me in my new pottery logo... And Christian once again helped me with that. Blessed!
